I recently needed some insight and help with a newly purchased automobile and once again you and your staff rose to the level of repair and completed the job and returned the Pontiac to its proper repair and alignment. 

This service once again serves as a professional barometer of all vehicles, both personal use and business transport you have serviced and I have used over the years. Dear Mickey,

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for overseeing the repair and inspection of my 1986 Isuzu Trooper.  At 186,000 miles, this truck has transported me through many types of inclement weather as my primary vehicle.  With the advanced mileage, I appreciate your recommendations on vendors who have provided quality repairs and reasonable prices.  A few dollars invested in proactive maintenance have provided some reliable transportation.

To Mickey's Alignment,

I want to thank you for the great service I received on July 20, 2005.  I've been trying to resolve my problems with my Nissan Maxima for over a year.  I was finally referred to you by my friend at Mario's Auto Body.

I had been given an appointment by 1:00 p.m. and by 1:05 p.m. my car was on the lift and a half hour later my car was done. That's the kind of service you don't see much of anymore these days.

It's a relief to know that there are still some professionals out there.
